Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence recognised in India to rent a vehicle.

2. Bookings & payment

A booking is confirmed once payment is received. Prices shown at checkout are final and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

A refundable security deposit is collected at pickup and returned after the vehicle is inspected on return.

3. Use of the vehicle

The vehicle must be used lawfully and only by the named driver(s). Sub-letting, racing, off-roading (unless the vehicle is designated for it), and use under the influence of alcohol or drugs are prohibited.

4. Fuel, tolls & fines

Return the vehicle at the same fuel level as pickup unless a prepaid-fuel option was purchased. Tolls, parking, and traffic fines during the rental period are the renter's responsibility.

5. Damage & liability

The renter is liable for damage, loss, or theft during the rental period, subject to the vehicle's insurance terms and the security deposit.

6. Cancellation

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

Vantage Rentals is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, breakdowns, or events beyond our reasonable control.
