Cancellation & Refund Policy

Plans change — here's exactly what happens when you cancel a booking.

1. Free cancellation

Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup for a full refund of the rental amount. The refundable deposit is never charged until pickup.

Cancel within 24 hours of pickup and one day's rental is retained; the balance is refunded.

If you don't collect the vehicle and don't cancel, the booking is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Date or vehicle changes are subject to availability and any price difference. Contact support to modify a booking.
