Vantage Rentals respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

1. What we collect

Contact details (name, phone, email), booking details, driving licence and ID for verification, and payment metadata processed by our payment partners.

2. How we use it

To process bookings, verify identity, deliver vehicles, send confirmations and reminders, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (payments, messaging, maps) and when required by law. We never sell your data.

4. Payment security

Card and payment details are handled directly by PCI-compliant gateways (Razorpay / Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.

5. Retention

We keep booking and verification records for as long as needed for operations, tax, and legal compliance, then delete or anonymise them.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting hello@vantagerentals.example.
