What documents do I need to rent?

A valid driving licence, one government photo ID, and a refundable security deposit. Documents are verified once and remembered for future bookings.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes — it varies by car and is fully refunded within 3-5 business days after return, minus any damages or fines.

Can I get a chauffeur?

Absolutely. Add a driver during checkout for a flat daily rate. Driver availability is confirmed instantly.

What is the fuel policy?

Return the car with the same fuel level as pickup. Prefer not to? Choose our prepaid-fuel option at checkout.

What if I cancel?
